Tarek Imad, Dubai real estate advisor (BRN 52002)
My Experience

Built on trust, focused on Dubai

I have worked in real estate since 2013 and in the Dubai market since 2021. Today I am Sales Manager and Team Leader at Tanami Properties, licensed by the Dubai Land Department (BRN 52002), where I lead a team of property advisors and work directly with Dubai’s leading developers — Emaar, Sobha, Nakheel, DAMAC, Meraas, Ellington and more.

Before real estate, I spent several years as a media executive with Zenith Optimedia (Publicis Groupe) in Riyadh and Equation Media in Dubai, which shapes how I present projects and keep clients informed. I speak Arabic, English and Spanish.

My Commitment

Advice you can build on

I.

Honest advice

I recommend the projects that fit your budget and goals — not the ones that pay the highest commission.

II.

Developer access

Launch prices, payment plans and availability straight from the developers, often before public release.

III.

Support after you sign

From reservation to handover, I follow up on payments, paperwork and construction updates.

How I Work

From first call to the keys

01

Understand

A conversation about your budget, timeline and goals — a home, a holiday home or rental income.

02

Shortlist

The projects that fit, compared side by side on price, payment plan and real market data.

03

Visit

Developer sales centres and show units, arranged around your schedule.

04

Secure

Reservation, SPA and payments guided step by step, with updates until handover.

★★★★★
“Tarek Imad is a great property consultant. The property he advised gained much more value. He was also an awesome host, he spent a whole day for us to show around the property and the area.”

How I Work

Every client starts with a conversation about budget, timeline and goals, whether that is a first home, a holiday home or rental income.

I then shortlist projects, compare prices and payment plans with real market data, arrange developer visits, and guide you through the reservation and SPA process.
